Creating class which will allow the passing of an httpClient.
Updating to allow acceptance of httpClient.

If a host string is passed in, but the BaseAddress of the HTTP_CLIENT is already set, the parameter is effectively ignored. This might be an anti-pattern.

Changes needed to ensure these changes for the netcore library remain on rebuild. Basically, allowing the acceptance of a httpClient. Issue 19 in (fusionauth-netcore-client)[https://github.com/FusionAuth/fusionauth-netcore-client/issues/19].
