LibraryAssistantUtil.formatDateTimeString.To support testing in the headless environment, stubs for JavaFX and dependent project classes were created in
test/stubs.A new script
run_util_test.shwas created to compile the stubs and run the test, ensuringjfoenixjar is excluded from classpath to prevent conflicts with stubs.Verified that the new test passes and existing tests (DataHelperTest) are not affected.
