Fix SQL Injection in MainController

Fixed multiple SQL injection vulnerabilities in MainController.java by refactoring DatabaseHandler to support parameterized queries and updating all unsafe calls. Also improved error handling in DatabaseHandler by replacing JOptionPane with logging. Added a regression test DatabaseHandlerExecTest.
