The build error looks like our old friend TEM.F90. For some reason like 10% of the time in CI, it fails to build. I've re-run the build test. |

Lightning provides NOx emissions in GMI. The default LOPEZ scheme is now restored to working order in CTM.
The Passive Tracer and Idealized Tracer modes are zero-diff.
