@weiyuan-jiang @gmao-jkolassa This needs to be redone with a fresh clone of the repo.

Someone did a chmod -R 755 on the whole repo and Git is now reporting the whole repo as having changed. Git tracks file permissions and so this changes everything

Hi Matt! Thanks for pointing this out. This branch is still work in progress and should not yet be subject of a PR. I'll make sure the file permissions are fixed when creating the the new PR.
