Restored the REPLAY option to use Analysis values for QV in the troposphere and Background values above that. The GMI chemical mechanism in particular makes use of this.
To turn on this option, set REPLAY_BLEND_QV_AT_TP = .TRUE. in AGCM.rc .
By default this flag is .FALSE., making this PR zero-diff.
The blending options REPLAY_BLEND_AT_PBL and REPLAY_BLEND_QV_AT_TP are not to be applied at the same time.
If both flags are .TRUE., the PBL blending takes precedence.
