…812) Minor version updates of environment and utilities: - ESMA_env (v4.38.0) - ESMA_cmake (v3.62.1) - NCEP_Shared (v1.4.0) - GMAO_Shared (v2.1.1) - GMAO_perllib (v1.1.0) - MAPL (v2.56.0) Additional changes (see #813): - Adds a new BUILD_INFO.rc file. - Update parallel_build.csh to resemble that of GEOSgcm (mainly adding a call to mepo status and using blobless clones). - Minor tweaks to CI.
