Dataset Title: STORM tropical cyclone wind speed return periods

Description:
Gridded and table-based tropical-cyclone wind-hazard datasets for the present climate, providing maximum wind speeds at fixed return periods and return periods at fixed wind speeds; gridded products are ~10 km per basin, and city/island tables summarize conditions within 100 km.

Ah sorry @matamadio, the data is already there. Do we need to change the title for the "climate change" version too? https://jkan.riskdatalibrary.org/datasets/rdls_hzd-nismod_sdk_stormtcwindspeedcc/

It would make sense to keep historical and scenarios within one dataset. We can do it by specifing the scenario in the resources description; though it would benefit from fixing time reference attributes in the schema (add scenario).
