This update features minor bug fixes from the previous version of MyTel-U Launcher. Check out the details below!

API Update

• Updated to the latest .NET 10 and WinAppSDK version 1.8.
• Updated few frameworks to the latest version.

Changes and Improvements

• We updated the error indication UI to make it cleaner and added some symbols to make it easier to recognize when a problem occurs.

• We also made some changes to the select button function behind the scenes to ensure it works seamlessly when handling the picker in elevation or Administrator mode. Also, we updated its rounded corners to be consistent with the other buttons within the settings pages.

• We are now considering releasing a portable version of the MyTel-U Launcher application to make it easier to use. The MSIX version will still be available, but in the future, we plan to migrate to using MSI or EXE files due to the current limitations of MSIX, at least for the time being.
  -We are now including the .ps1 script for MSIX installations to enhance the installation experience.

What's Fixed?

• Fixed The old Picker bug has been fixed in the latest WinAppSDK version 1.8. With this update, the application can now be launched in elevation mode without any issues! However, we are still running the application in non-elevation mode for now since we don't need those functions. If you wish to use elevation mode, you can enable it manually. Learn more.

Known Issue

• The background majority custom accent color not applied to the in-app accent color.

UPDATE Hotfix 3.0.1

This hotfix addresses a security vulnerability in .NET 9, identified as CVE-2025-24070. To enhance security and stability, we have updated our application to the latest .NET 9.0.4 version. We highly recommended you to update to the latest version, so please ensure you install the MyTel-U Launcher version 3.0.1 update.

Known Issue

• The "run as administrator" change was reverted due to the current WinUI3 limitation. If you run the application as an administrator and pick a custom image it doesn't do anything. it was by design to prevent the application from crashing. Learn more.

Welcome to the latest update of the MyTel-U Launcher! We're excited to announce that this is the first official release, moving out of the Preview version. This update is a complete rewrite from the ground up, making it more optimized than the previous version. Feature Update

• Updated Settings page to follow the latest Windows 11 UI/Design guidelines. Now the design is in line with the latest design guidelines of 11.
  

• New Tel-U Satu, Now added into application list hub.
  

• The navigation within the application is now smoother. You can expect improved back function, smoother transition animations, and an overall better experience with the new update.

• Now the application uses Lower memory usage consumption and use efficiency mode when required.
  

• Now when we load something from the Application Hub you can see a loading indicator to show progress.

• Now when there is a network error you will see an Error Networks page and you can press refresh to reload the application hub you selected.

• Now the application size is slightly smaller compared to the previous version.

• Some minor UI Consistency change.

• In-App update removed due to venerable to security
• Removed the 'EvConn Lab' website as it is no longer active.
• Removed the 'Virtual Campus Tour' as it is no longer active.

What's Fixed?

• Fixed bug where the title bar color was not updated when switching from dark to light mode.
• Fixed bug where the application crashed when opening community tools.
• Fixed bug where the application view gets smaller when opening on application hubs.
• Fixed Slow starting the app. now the application launch 2s faster than before.
• Fixed Now can simply scroll to slide the application hub list the home page.
