  • Return null for the context when initialization fails
  • Add version number defines to amd_ags.h
    • Display library version number in ags_sample
  • Remove radeonSoftwareVersion until needed driver update is public
    • Do not display radeonSoftwareVersion in ags_sample until it is fixed
  • Set WindowsTargetPlatformVersion to 8.1 for Visual Studio 2015 projects, to eliminate unnecessary dependency on optional Windows 10 SDK
