- Added initialize_camera() function with error handling
- Fixed camera validation order (check before reading frames)
- Added support for multiple camera indices (0,1,2,-1)
- Added runtime camera disconnection recovery
- Resolves issue cv2.VideoCapture(0) fails if built in camera is not working #75 where cv2.VideoCapture(0) crashes on camera failure
