Slightly increase the RMS value for test/grdinterpolate/slices.sh

The test grdinterpolate/slices.sh passed before, but started to fail after #8648. I don't think changes in #8648 should affect this test, so some other non-GMT changes must cause the failure.

The difference between the baseline and the new generated image is slightly larger than the default 0.003 value.

This PR increases the RMS value to 0.0072 to make the test pass again.
