Figure 3: Update with the Figure.scalebar method

Update after GenericMappingTools/pygmt#4015.

I changed the old command fig.basemap(map_scale="n0.86/0.1+c+w100k+f+l") to fig.scalebar(length="100k") because:

• The default position is already fine. No need to complicate the code
• A fancy scale bar looks too close to the fancy frame. Using a plain scale bar looks better for me.
