Similar to previous PRs #4030, #4039, this PR migrates the
transparencyparameter.For most plotting modules,
transparencycan only accept a value in the 0-100 range, but forplot/plot3d/text, they can be a scalar value, a sequence or True, making it more complicated. So I'll leave them to separate PRs.
