Video Optimization Proposal - Reducing Demo Video File Sizes

Current Situation

• Demo videos are currently ~30MB (some of) in size
• This may impact website load times and user experience
• Large files consume more bandwidth for users

Proposed Solutions

I'd like to contribute by:

• Optimizing video formats and compression
• Implementing lazy loading
• Adding thumbnail previews
• Considering CDN integration or video hosting alternatives

Technical Implementation Plan

1. Convert videos to more efficient formats (WebM/H.265)
2. Implement lazy loading strategy
3. Add video thumbnails
4. Set up proper preloading attributes

Would love to get feedback from maintainers on:

• Preferred video format/quality requirements
• Current CDN setup (if any)
• Preferred implementation approach
