Including the following commits

• Fix merging query in Resource filter form (Requests to the facets APIs do not take into account the resource type of the current page #2437 (comment))
• Geostory - Add new map config and section duplication feature ([Backport geonode-5.0.x] #12096: Add new map configuration and section duplication in Geostories geosolutions-it/MapStore2#12149)
