Deleted multiple JSON configuration files and the README from windows/windows-CIS/Level1/SettingsCatalog, removing the Windows CIS L1 - 3.0.0 policy definitions and documentation. Gido brought this to my attention as we're already publishing the CIS policies, no need to overlap.
