- Move CIS policies to a Level1 sub-directory
- Rename policies (file names and displayName) to better reflect the repo recommended naming standard
- Restructure policies to align to scenarios and organise policies into directories
- Moves some policies to _to-sort for later assessment
Renamed Windows Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) policy files for clarity and updated their 'name' and 'description' fields to better reflect their purpose. Descriptions were improved to specify rule modes and exclusions, aligning with Microsoft recommendations.
