Description of the pull request

This adds generated code from the OpenAPI spec.

Currently these files are actually generated:

• api/default_api.g.dart
• model/*
• api_client.g.dart
• api.g.dart

The other files in generated/api/ are currently copied from video package and don't change, but they should still be added to the code generation for a full working project.
