- Remove 2.7, 3.4, and 3.5 - Remove Jython - Remove IronPython - Add 3.10, 3.11, and 3.12 - Start update of dev tooling
Also, remove building of .deb file. There isn't really any reason to anymore, and stdeb hasn't been updated since 2020.
