Fixed (thanks Rae for finding all of these)

• Fixed many, many issues with the outfit display
• Fixed more issues with the transmog set panel
  • As a side note, for some sets this panel may be empty - but blame Blizzard, not me
• Fixed an issue with the /dm item command throwing unhelpful errors
