switched broken s300 to working one, brief changes, counter drone op added to brit
added opfor ao limit, change tigr to pkm instead of kord. cleaned up BLUFOR blocking force positioning
counter drone op added to each platoon, s300 RECON changed to non broken s300. slight briefing changes to encourage attacking from northern flank. changed from max 65 to 67.
