Update briefing text to list one M2 OGPK and one MK19 OGPK JLTV. Refactor vehicles.layer by turning the grouped JLTV entries into separate Vehicle entries: JLTV_OGPK1 remains using the original M2HB prefab and JLTV_OGPK2 is added using the MK19 OGPK prefab (with existing coords/attachments). This clarifies vehicle variants and placement in the mission files.
