Changes

Negotiates whether to send IAC GO AHEAD with client.
If enabled, sends GO AHEAD at end of in-game prompts.
- Note: Does not send anywhere else.
A little bit of code and comment cleanup


          Adding optional telnet go ahead at end of prompts
