Description

This adds a "source' property for the Comm payload.

source will be:

player
mob

Changes

Provide a bullet point list of noteworthy changes in this Pull Request:

Source property added to Comm GMCP payload
Small adjustment to Rodric script to prevent spammy pub event
Adjustment to webclient to test Comm GMCP payload
