This Container Builder build step runs the
[`sqlx-cli`](https://github.com/launchbadge/sqlx/tree/main/sqlx-cli) tool.

## Building this builder

To build this builder, run the following command in this directory.

$ gcloud builds submit . --config=cloudbuild.yaml
