Code Review

This pull request updates the github.com/hashicorp/go-retryablehttp dependency from v0.7.4 to v0.7.7. This is an important security update to address CVE-2024-6104, which resolves a vulnerability where sensitive credentials in URLs could be leaked into logs. The changes in go.mod and go.sum are correct. This is a necessary update and I approve it.
