Code Review

This pull request adds several new samples for the GenAI SDK's tuning capabilities, along with corresponding tests. The new samples for creating, getting, and listing tuning jobs, as well as predicting with a tuned model, are well-structured and clear. The tests provide a good foundation, but I've identified a couple of areas where they can be improved to more thoroughly cover the sample code's logic. I've also included a minor suggestion for code efficiency in one of the samples. Overall, this is a great addition.
