Code Review
This pull request updates the project version in gradle.properties. My review identifies a potential versioning inconsistency. The version is bumped from 3.4.6-SNAPSHOT to 3.4.8-SNAPSHOT, which appears to skip the 3.4.7 version. I have suggested correcting this to 3.4.7-SNAPSHOT to maintain a sequential and predictable versioning scheme, assuming the previous snapshot version indicates the version that was just released.

This version bump from 3.4.6-SNAPSHOT to 3.4.8-SNAPSHOT appears to skip the 3.4.7 version. Typically, a version of x.y.z-SNAPSHOT implies that x.y.z is the next version to be released. Following this convention, the next development version after the current release should be 3.4.7-SNAPSHOT. The jump to 3.4.8-SNAPSHOT may be a typo.
version = 3.4.7-SNAPSHOT
To be merged after the release is complete.
