This element now loads all Maps API libraries by default. The libraries property has been removed.
Existing code that sets this property (or the libraries property on any of the google-map-* elements
will continue to work. You'll just be getting all libraries :)

The reasoning behind this change is discussed in #22 (comment).

This will make all google map components easier to use, especially with each other.
