1) Design sgRNA for SpCas9

SpCas9을 이용해서 특정 sequence에 indel을 만들 수 있는 최적의 sgRNA를 디자인하기 위한 방법이다. DeepSpCas9 model을 이용하면 된다. 함수는 cas9_score를 사용하면 된다.
