What
Implements the Ender Item Cover (for the second time) using the changes made in #2510
The cover has nine slots by defualt, but they cannot be interacted with manually
each slot holds up to the max stack size of a stack
Implementation Details
implement ender item cover
reworks the abstract ender cover to allow for client only panel handlers
fix missing button for ender covers
and other various cleanups surrounding the ender covers
Outcome
items can now be transported across dimensions
