This isn't working for me in TOP. I placed blocks in the world, and TOP didn't show the offline part, I added blocks to a structure and added AE connections and still nothing.

What
Adds the network status of the ME multiblock hatches to TOP and the WAILA derivatives. Additionally changes the line from "Network Status: online/offline" to "Network online/offline".
Outcome
You can tell the status of your ME hatches at a glance if you're troubleshooting network issues.
