What
It is often an annoyance to figure out exactly how much power can pass through an energy hatch, especially when dealing with higher voltages and amperage. This PR aims to make it far easier to tell the throughput of a hatch at a glance
Implementation Details
The color used, aqua, could be changed. It was chosen mostly arbitrarily.
The non-English names for the line may not be entirely accurate, as I do not speak those languages (though given they are a single basic word, they're likely good enough).
Outcome
Energy hatch tooltips now have an easily readable throughput line
