What
Removes the Phosphate material. It has been replaced everywhere with regular Phosphorus instead.
To balance out the significantly increased phosphorus gains from ore byproducts, Tricalcium Phosphate and Apatite have had their original decompositions restored, which makes them both produce 8 and 12B of oxygen respectively and increases the input amount by those numbers as well.
This PR also corrects some strange decomposition choices on the related materials Monazite and Phosphorus Pentoxide.
