What
Multiblock tooltips tend to be vague and messy. This PR aims to bring them in line with more appealing and consistent formatting and more useful information, while also making them easier and simpler to add
Current progress: Much of the groundwork is laid, but most tooltips have yet to individually updated. We need to decide what information should be displayed, and what doesn't need to be
This draft PR is being created to encourage collaboration and make it less likely that we'll all forget about this

Prettier, easier to read tooltips with more and more relevant information
