A Complete rewrite of [Re]Structure

Download and install updates through the [Re]Structure Menu
[+] Option to enable / disable automatic downloads.
Backwards compatibility supports MCreator 2025.1 through 2023.1.
Fixed issues with previous release that spammed the MCreator Log file with Malformed JSON errors.
