This PR contains...

  • Updated logging script

    • Proper logging for contributions made within the parent directory of .github.
    • Added docstrings to scripts.
    • Updated linting workflow for this repo
  • Added automation workflows

    • auto assigner
    • auto labeler
    • auto commenter
    • stale

Note

This is actually reworked PR of #8, but that PR was reverted at #9 as the logging scripts were designed differently for this repo compared other repos (the ones which has same file hierarchy). So, this PR is created to redo what #8 does while maintaining support for this repos file hierarchy and design structure.

updated the scripts to proper log the contributions made within files
whose parent directory is .github and to make sure the same is reflected
within deployed pages, updated the scripts that update the markdown files.
Added auto-assigner, auto-commenter, auto-labeler and stale automation workflows.
