TAS Unit Mod Release v7.9.4

This is a re-release of v7.9.3 due to it missing two last-minute commits.

Various changes, mostly fixing compatibility to make the mod more universally compatible with various modpacks so that I have to update it less often. Check the commits for details.

Note that v7.9.1 and v7.9.2 were never formally categorized as releases on Github due to their rushed/experimental nature.
