I've added sample commands for generating a model and running bootstrap. Kevoree dotnet is more complicated than its java counterpart. Also, the tutorials are still not self contained, as they assume some knowledge from kevoree java.
Also perhaps the first three tutorials should be merged into a single one. You can't run the simplest model without Kevoree editor.
