This test performs the entire HEDM workflow in the GUI, verifies that the grain parameters look correct, export the full workflow so that the CLI can run it, and then verify that when ran in the CLI, the same numbers are also obtained. Signed-off-by: Patrick Avery <patrick.avery@kitware.com>

The tests were failing because the main window was not cleaned up in between tests. This fixes the issue, along with a few other minor fixes/checks. Signed-off-by: Patrick Avery <patrick.avery@kitware.com>
