This PR updates the Java discovery routine to skip alias installations under %ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Oracle\Java, which have been reported to behave inconsistently.
- Introduces a check to ignore Java executables located in the
Common Files\Oracle\Javafolder - Adds verbose logging for paths that are skipped
