Update deprecated /workinggroups/ links to /activities/ #1794

Working groups were renamed to activities. While redirects exist for backward compatibility, updating these links ensures consistency and reduces redirect overhead. Hello. Thank you for this. I am not convinced by making these changes in a blanket manner. When they are for current documents that people would still refer to, then I agree we should update the links. However, for historical pages I would keep them with the old links, as that is supported with the redirect and reflects what the state of the pages were at that time.
So, in particular I would favour changing:
_training/educators.mdjekyll-beginners.md
But the others I would leave as they are.
