Proposed Changes

• Refactored schedule page with new design implementation
• Comprehensive tests
• New design changes:
  • The order of the menus (on the entire route page)
  • Cancellation styling from red text with red strikethrough to black text with red strikethrough (affects all cancellations across all views.)
  • Route schedule timepicker (old version still in use on the stop schedule page)
