First stage of results refactor:
All results handling moved out of the main loop
Reasons:
Easier code reading of the main loop
Enable parallel processing in the future (separate thread)
More clarity in when results are dumped to files
Extra:
The PR also changes some demand model files names to make it extra clear what those files are handling.
