* Add version parameter to stop_place_newest_version view's join to Tiamat. It does represent the latest version, but it should also be consistent and never return different version from Tiamat. * Add Relation named `TiamatStopPlace` to the regular stop_place table, to fetch the Tiamat data based on the db rows.
