Fixed the installer!

There was a long standing crash with the installer version where you couldnt edit the config via the UI. This has been fixed! The new installer now uses appdata. You may need to uninstall the old version first, then run the new installer, to make sure the old shortcut is removed. If this is still broken please get in contact with me.

Some other changes, there is now a configuration to ignore using oscquery and force sending to a port. This is currently non-configurable from the terminal UI, it must be edited in the file directly. The file can be found in appdata, roaming, vrctally

Lastly, the OSCQuery impl has changed slightly, and now will support sending to multiple supported clients at once! so now it will send to all vrchat clients it can find

The avatar package is unchanged in this release

Installable!

No major changes other than there is now a installer available! so now you wont need to dig everytime you go to do cam ops

Add support for VMIX Mixes feature

Adds support for the vmix mixes feature. A forewarning with this, is that this now means you can be stuck in preview or program even if you arent actually being previewed or programmed if your TD messes up

the TLDR of this is essentially, instead of a global preview and active, there is sub mixes that ALSO have a preview and active, so I need to check all of those and then figure out in priority if you are active, preview, or standby lol

Initial Full Release

This has been "available" for months now, but im finally getting around to making a actual github release. For anyone using versions before this release, the config format has been changed from XML to YAML. Youll need to copy the information in your XML file to the new YAML format
