add V2装饰器兼容做了如下修改:
(1)image_cropper/src/main/ets/components/ImageCropper.ets新增struct ImageCropperV2,替换为V2装饰 (2)entry/src/main/ets/pages/Index.ets新增按钮跳转V2装饰器演示
(3)image_cropper/Index.ets新增导出ImageCropperV2
