chore: Improves Integration CI logs

Motivation

When there is an error in the The Integration Tests CI, the error logs are hard to read between the noise of the silly, debug and info outputs.

Acceptance Criteria

• Increases console output threshold to warn
• Creates a separate threshold for file output with all the logs, which get updated as artifacts on each CI run
• Fixes a few direct console() calls, replacing them with the Logger util

• The immediately previous integration test run output, with many info and debug logs.
• The integration test run output for this PR, with only warn and error logs
