See HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1242 for the hxcpp side.

I've merged the hxcpp PR, but the tests are failing.

The mac-test JS failure seems like a spurious failure in a server test.
The mac-test C++ failure is fixed by HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1245
The previous C++ failures where due to hxcpp underaligning allocations, setting HXCPP_ALIGN_ALLOC resolves this (hxcpp PR to enable this by default: HaxeFoundation/hxcpp#1246).
